Entrance:
Guests can enter the property either from the pedestrian entrance through the main doors, or via the underground private parking garage, which is also equipped with a heated ski equipment room.

Ground Floor:

A beautiful open plan living area, kitchen and dining area, with huge sliding doors leading out to the garden and dramatic Mont Blanc backdrop.  The deck features outdoor seating and dining furniture, and a gas patio heater and fire pit.  There is also an 6 person hot tub.
On the ground floor there is 1 x guest room with king sized double bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upper Floor:

The master bedroom with king sized double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.  A guest room also with king sized double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, and a family room with a queen sized double bed and two adult sized mezzanine beds.  

This chalet sits at an elevated position overlooking Chamonix, with breathtaking mountain views, just the perfect backdrop for an evening relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying sun down drinks around the fire pit.

Chamonix town centre is less than 10 minutes walk down the hill, offering easy access to ski hire, restaurants, shops and bars.

The chalet is situated within a secure complex, offering underground parking for 2 cars.
